<div><br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" />2. Contract Status These Terms apply to all rentals. Variations must be agreed in writing by both parties.</div>

<div><br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" />4. Delivery Rental charges start on the delivery.</div>

Rental &amp; Renewal<br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" /><br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" />Charges payable as agreed; VAT excluded.<br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" /><br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" />Contracts auto-renew unless equipment is returned on time.<br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" /><br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" />Hirer pays rental until equipment is returned or replaced if lost/damaged.</div>

Payment<br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" /><br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" />Rentals under one month are payable upfront.<br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" /><br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" />Credit terms (if granted) are 30 days.<br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" /><br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" />Overdue payments may incur interest at Prime + 3%.<br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" /><br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" />Security deposits may be required.</div>
<div><br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" />7. Software Software supplied with equipment remains the property of the vendor and must be used according to its license terms.</div>

<div>Inspect equipment on delivery and report defects within 2 hours of delivery.<br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" /><br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" />Use equipment responsibly and for its intended purpose.<br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" /><br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" />Maintain adequate insurance unless otherwise agreed.<br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" /><br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" />Not to sell, sublet, or relocate equipment without written consent.</div>
<div><br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" />9. Return of Equipment Equipment must be returned in good condition with all accessories. Missing or damaged items may be charged at repair/replacement value.</div>
<div><br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" />10. Termination &amp; Cancellation Cancellation before delivery may incur charges of up to 50% of the rental fee.</div>
<div><br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" />11. Notices All notices must be in writing via email.</div>

General<br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" /><br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" />The Hirer consents to credit checks, if longer than 30 days.<br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" /><br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" />The agreement is governed by South African law.<br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" /><br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" />Costs incurred in debt recovery are payable by the Hirer.</div>

The deposit works just like when you use a hotel or rental car. When ordering, an extra amount is reserved on your card for a small security against damage or late return. Once you have returned, we will check the equipment and release the amount on your card. Everything happens automatically and you do not have to do anything.
