Company: Interactive AV Solutions (Pty) Ltd.

Hirer: The legal entity renting or purchasing equipment.

Equipment: Any hardware, software, or accessories supplied under this agreement.

Rental Period: From delivery/collection until the agreed collection date.

Replacement Value: Current list price of new equivalent equipment.

Schedule: Quotation, delivery/collection note, or rental contract linked to these terms.

2. Contract Status These Terms apply to all rentals. Variations must be agreed in writing by both parties.

3. Orders A quote only becomes binding once accepted by the customer

4. Delivery Rental charges start on the delivery.

5. Rental & Renewal

Charges payable as agreed; VAT excluded.

Contracts auto-renew unless equipment is returned on time.

Hirer pays rental until equipment is returned or replaced if lost/damaged.

6. Payment

Rentals under one month are payable upfront.

Credit terms (if granted) are 30 days.

Overdue payments may incur interest at Prime + 3%.

Security deposits may be required.

7. Software Software supplied with equipment remains the property of the vendor and must be used according to its license terms.

8. Hirer Obligations

Inspect equipment on delivery and report defects within 2 hours of delivery.

Use equipment responsibly and for its intended purpose.

Maintain adequate insurance unless otherwise agreed.

Not to sell, sublet, or relocate equipment without written consent.

9. Return of Equipment Equipment must be returned in good condition with all accessories. Missing or damaged items may be charged at repair/replacement value.

10. Termination & Cancellation Cancellation before delivery may incur charges of up to 50% of the rental fee.

11. Notices All notices must be in writing via email.

12. General

The Hirer consents to credit checks, if longer than 30 days.

The agreement is governed by South African law.

Costs incurred in debt recovery are payable by the Hirer.
