<div><br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" />7. Software Software supplied with equipment remains the property of the vendor and must be used according to its license terms.</div>

<div>Inspect equipment on delivery and report defects within 2 hours of delivery.<br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" /><br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" />Use equipment responsibly and for its intended purpose.<br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" /><br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" />Maintain adequate insurance unless otherwise agreed.<br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" /><br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" />Not to sell, sublet, or relocate equipment without written consent.</div>
<div><br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" />9. Return of Equipment Equipment must be returned in good condition with all accessories. Missing or damaged items may be charged at repair/replacement value.</div>
<div><br style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" />10. Termination &amp; Cancellation Cancellation before delivery may incur charges of up to 50% of the rental fee.</div>
